These terms apply to the public website at ailpa.ai, operated by Mainhattan Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) under the AILPA brand. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose: learning about AILPA and contacting us about a potential advisory conversation or partnership.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit malicious, unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.

Human judgement remains responsible for advisory decisions. Any use of technology in a mandate is governed by the engagement terms, confidentiality arrangements, and data-handling controls agreed for that mandate.

The website design, copy, brand, visual systems, interface mockups, diagrams, page structure, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mainhattan Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt). AILPA, Jordan, and related names, product-style visuals, workflow structures, and brand elements may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other rights where applicable. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, train models on, or commercially reuse the content without permission unless allowed by law.

This includes the look and feel of the website, original narrative structure, product-style screenshots, workflows, and any derivative use that recreates a substantially similar public website, advisory presentation, software interface, or marketing asset.
