About the firm
An advisory model builtfor the companiesthat keep Europe moving.
Ailpa is an AI native M&A advisory firm for owners of private companies. We use AI to deepen the work behind a sale while a senior advisor remains responsible for the advice, the process and every external decision.
The idea
The standard of a sale has long depended on the team behind it.
A company sale combines judgement with a large volume of detailed work. The research, financial analysis, buyer mapping, materials and diligence record all shape the decisions made at the table.
Large transactions can support large teams to carry that work. For many private companies, the economics are different. The advisor has to make choices about where limited time goes, even though the owner is making the same once in a lifetime decision.
Ailpa was founded on a simple view: the depth of the work should not be determined by headcount alone.
What changed
AI changes the economics of the work. It does not replace judgement.
An AI native system can connect source material, analysis, buyer research, drafts and diligence across the life of a mandate. It can help a small team examine more information, preserve the evidence behind each conclusion and keep the work current as the process changes.
It cannot know what the company means to its owner, read a negotiation or accept responsibility for the advice. Ailpa is designed around that boundary. The system creates depth and continuity. A senior advisor makes the decisions and answers for them.
The mission
Every owner should enter a company sale well prepared, well advised and in control.
That is what we are building, mandate by mandate, from Frankfurt and across Europe. We begin with sell side M&A because few decisions bring an owner's life's work, the company's future and the interests of a new shareholder together so directly.
What we hold to
Five things we will not compromise on.
- A person is accountable, always
- Advice comes from a senior advisor who can be questioned and who answers for it afterwards. AI proposes; a person decides.
- Evidence before assertion
- Every number we give you can be traced to where it came from. If we are uncertain, we say so, in writing.
- Nothing leaves without approval
- No document, no name, no approach to a buyer, without your decision and your advisor's release.
- Senior attention is not delegated
- The advisor you appoint remains close to the work, the client and the decisions throughout the mandate.
- Discretion is part of the work
- What we learn about your company stays within your sale. Your facts are not carried into another mandate.
The founder

Rahul Aildasani
Founder
An owner may spend decades building a company and sell it only once. That decision deserves a process built with the same care.
Rahul worked in risk and capital markets inside major European financial institutions. He saw the preparation behind a serious financial decision, the discipline required around evidence and the value of clear individual accountability.
He also saw how closely the depth of transaction work was tied to team size. That model serves large deals well, but its economics leave less room for the detailed work behind many private company sales.
At Cellyn, Rahul built AI tools for deal professionals and put them in front of more than forty M&A advisors and bankers. They tested the tools on live processes. Several went on to become Ailpa's first partners.
Ailpa is the next step: an advisory firm designed around what AI can add to the work, and around what a person must still decide and be responsible for.
Frankfurt
Where we sit.
Frankfurt sits where finance and much of Europe's industrial economy meet. It is our home and the base from which we work with owners and advisors across Europe.
